Dawn Archey, BAS, RVTg
Dawn started at Suburban Animal Clinic in March 2007. She received a B.S. in Agriculture from The Ohio State University in March 2004. At Columbus State Community College she received her degree as a veterinary technician in March 2007. In 2020, she expanded her education by receiving her B.A.S. degree in Veterinary Technology from St. Petersburg College. Her pet family includes 6 cats, Dewey, Opie, Skittles, Pixie, Nala and Simba, and 4 ferrets, Misty, Cash, Chase and Cooper. Dawn has experience caring for pocket pets, including rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferrets, as well as orphaned kittens.
Dawn's interests in veterinary medicine include Feline Medicine, Preventative Care, Internal Medicine, Client Education and Fear Free Visits. In 2023, she accepted a position as an Adjunct Instructor in the Veterinary Technology Department at Columbus State Community College training veterinary technician students.
Outside of Suburban, Dawn enjoys spending time with her furkids, reading, walking in the woods and nature/animal photography. Dawn is also active with Westerville area Girl Scouts.

Jessica Shea, RVT
Jessica is an Ohio native and a 2019 graduate of the Kent State University-Tuscarawas campus Veterinary Technician Program. She joined Suburban in the summer of 2020.
Jessica lives in Delaware with her husband, 2 children, 2 horses, and several dogs and cats. Her hobbies include dirt bike riding and customizing model horses.
Jessica was recently accepted into The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine's Class of 2027. She will begin veterinary school this fall.

Mary Sol Ibanez, RVT
Mary joined Suburban as a Veterinary Assistant in July 2017 while studying to be a veterinary technician. She graduated from Columbus State Community College's Veterinary Technician Program in 2021 and passed the national boards exam in 2022 to become a Veterinary Technician. She loves animals, especially dogs. She's originally from Merida Venezuela and has been living in the United States for more than 10 years.
Mary is fluent in Spanish and English. When she is not working, she likes to go out with her friends, dancing, watch movies and do outdoors activities. Mary lives with her husband, a dog, Leng, and 2 cats, Lena and Hope.

Brittany Yeager
Brittany joined Suburban in 2022 as a veterinary assistant. Originally from southern California, she moved to Ohio to attend Miami University, completing her bachelor's degree in Zoology and Environmental Science in 2021. Brittany took a job at a nearby veterinary clinic for more experience with animals. This fueled her interest in veterinary medicine, and she moved to Columbus to complete prerequisites for veterinary school.
Brittany has a special interest in exotics and pocket pets. She currently has a tortie cat named Sage.

Shayenne Martinez
Shayenne joined Suburban in 2023. A Columbus native, she is currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program at Columbus State Community College. She joined Suburban to learn more about veterinary medicine and prepare for a career as a veterinary technician.
Shayenne lives with her family which includes 4 dogs, 2 bunnies, and 1 cat. She also has a passion for horses and gives riding lessons to children at a nearby stable. In her spare time, she loves to crochet, collected vinyl records, spend time outdoors, and joining friends and family for coffee.

Madison Morrow
Madison joined the Suburban team in 2023. She is from Akron and moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University. She is majoring in Animal Science with the future goal of attending veterinary school.
Madison is the oldest of 3 children. Her pets back home include 2 cats, a rabbit, and a corgi. She enjoys working out and staying active.
Madison's area of interest is agriculture and livestock animals, and as a veterinarian, she hopes to one day treat dairy cattle and chickens.

Kim Christen
Kim joined Suburban Animal Clinic in 2023 as a veterinary assistant. She has 23 years of veterinary experience including emergency, lab animal medicine, and general practice. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician Program to earn her degree as a veterinary technician.
Kim is an Ohio native and was raised on a horse farm riding jumpers and quarter horses. She is active in dog sports including agility, dock diving, rally, and scent work with the best dog ever, Flower. She and Flower are involved with Incredipaws and Columbus All Breeds.
Kim has three grown children, including a son in the Navy, and 4 granddaughters.

Tyrese Sherrill-Coulverson
Tyrese joined Suburban as a veterinary assistant in 2023. He is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is currently enrolled in The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine Class of 2026. Tyrese is enjoying exploring all aspects of veterinary medicine.
Tyrese lives nearby with his wife and 3 cats, Hazel, Lasagna, and Muffins. In his free time he enjoys playing the cello.

Aaliyah Rodriguez
Aaliyah joined Suburban as a client services representative in 2023. She brings a few years of veterinary experience with her. She has a love for animals all shapes and sizes and enjoys working with them. Her pet family currently includes her cat, Gunner, a very special and very energetic kitty.

Jaiden Smith
Jaiden joined Suburban in 2023 as a client services representative. She has several years of experience in veterinary medicine and is looking become a registered veterinary technician in the future. She is from Columbus, although most of her family lives in Michigan. She has 4 siblings and 2 dogblings, Bleu and Finnegan.
Jaiden lives with her pittie mix named Beaumont, who gets the zoomies with every nail trim! Her favorite pastime is reading and playing the Sims 4 or Stardew Valley. She also enjoys trying to bake or cook new things with whatever ingredients are in her kitchen.
