It's that time of year again!  It's time to purchase your dog's annual Ohio county license!

Also referred to as 'the dog tag,' this must be purchased new each year for the county in which you live.

The requirements, fees, and purchase locations differ from county to county.  Below is information for FRANKLIN COUNTY in OHIO.  Please visit your county auditor's website for information for your county.

Franklin County dogs must be licensed anually before January 31st.  Dogs licensed after this date (unless newly acquired or relocated) are subject to a late fee.

Dogs must also have a current RABIES vaccination.  You will need the tag number for the license application.

Dogs must have been spayed or neutered.  This is in an effort to help with the pet overpopulation.
